Frequently Asked Questions

  • What do I need to provide to get a quote?
    To get started, we’ll usually need a recent copy of your energy bill and your company name. This helps us understand your current rates, usage, and contract end date so we can find the most competitive options for you.
  • Will you run a credit check?
    Yes – energy suppliers typically require a soft credit check before offering a contract. It won’t affect your credit score, but it does help determine which suppliers and rates are available to you
  • I’m not sure when my current contract ends – can you still help?
    Absolutely. We can check this for you using your MPAN or MPRN (found on your bill), or with your permission, we can contact your supplier directly to confirm your contract status
  • What happens if I’ve already signed a new contract?
    If you’ve signed a contract elsewhere, we can still help in future. We’ll make a note of your renewal date and contact you well in advance to ensure you don’t roll onto expensive out-of-contract rates
  • What if my current supplier objects to the switch?
    Occasionally, suppliers may object to a transfer, usually because of an outstanding balance or an active contract. We’ll identify the reason and help you resolve it quickly, so the switch can go ahead without unnecessary delays.
  • How can you offer cheaper prices than going direct to a supplier?
    We work with a wide network of trusted suppliers and energy aggregators, giving us access to exclusive rates that aren’t always available direct to businesses. Because we place a high volume of contracts across a range of sectors, we can often secure better prices, and we know which suppliers are best suited to your business type, credit rating, and usage profile
